BOOK REVIEW : Get rich through real estate without using money - Pichai Chawla

This is a book I randomly picked up while strolling through my towns public library. The title caught my attention how can you make money without using money in real estate? The answer is simple and everyone knows it.
The main idea of the book was to help explain the financial management to the normal crowd eager to invest but are afraid to take risk. Sorry to say but the book turned out to be disappointing but there are few points worth discussing.
It  does start with explaining  the real estate business but strays off to explaining the unreleated topics how to start and manage a business.
And in real estate also it just explains or discusses about the things we already know.

• Pichai gives so much emphasis on Survey and investigation of property before buying and rightly so.
• Another point is “ patience is the key”.
• And the last and most important point discussed is never be afraid to fail or lose. Instead learn from the bad situation, adopt that lesson learned to improve and to avoid further mistakes in future.

The above three are the most important points I found in the book worth sharing. There are other points as well  like Team work and providing better facility to the human resources of your organization and not letting negative criticism affect you.
All pichai wants to convey in the book is that if you don’t have finances just be a broker and work on commission. That’s it! Or take a loan from bank and repay it by earning through the property’s rent or  from your steady source of income or salary.
He even shares his first experience of buying his first property and the irony is he had his own capital with him to invest. But in that story he just  wants to convey is that don’t just wait and waste  your time thinking. Start as soon as you get the opportunity the rest you will figure out on your own if you learn from your mistakes.
